Ir Yong Kok Wai, graduated from University Technologies of Malaysia with Degree in Civil Engineering. He has joined CTSM Group of Companies (“CTSM Group”) as Project Director in 2015.

Ir Yong has vast experience in civil and structural consultancy in property development and infrastructure industry. He leads the project division in the coordination and management of projects development.
