Cheah Tatt Mun, graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with Degree in Civil Engineering. He is the Executive Director of CTSM Group of Companies (“CTSM Group”) and one of the two founding partners of the CTSM Group.

Cheah is responsible for and has extensive experience in the design, detailing, construction and piling solutions within CTSM Group.
