Jacky Chan Woei Jye, graduated from University Technologies of Malaysia with Degree in Civil Engineering. He is the Managing Director of CTSM Group of Companies (“CTSM Group”) and the co-founder of the CTSM Group.

He started his career with BBR Ground Engineering Pte Ltd in 1999 and in 2001, set up CTSM Geotechnology.  He is a Civil Engineer by profession.

He is in charge of the group’s strategic planning and business development of the CTSM Group. The company has been honoured with Platinum Business Awards in 2018 by SME Association of Malaysia.
